Ordering & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on business days, though in rare cases, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping time depends on your location and chosen delivery method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your destination and order value.
Australia: AUD $10 for orders under $69, or free standard shipping on orders of AUD $69 or more.
New Zealand: AUD $18 for orders under $99, or free standard shipping on orders of AUD $99 or more.
United States & Canada: AUD $22 for orders under $99, or free standard shipping on orders of AUD $99 or more.
Other international destinations: AUD $25 for orders under $99, or free standard shipping on orders of AUD $99 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and other selected international destinations.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Where are our products made?
All our creations are lovingly made by myself at my home office located in Brisbane, Australia. Every item is designed and crafted with care to ensure it brings joy to you!
What material are your fidgets made of?
Our 3D printed products are made from high-quality PLA. PLA is a biodegradable andnon-toxic material made from renewable resources such as cornstarch or sugarcane.
Are the fidgets safe for children?
Our little creations are designed primarily for older children and adults (ages 10+). Whilethey are durable, they are not intended as toys for toddlers and should not be chewedon.
How should l care for my product?
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat, as this can warp thematerial. Dust gently with a soft cloth or a small brush when needed.
Custom & Wholesale
Can l get a custom design?
Our Letter Keyrings can be customised. You can freely mix and match letters to create your own design. Please leave your custom request in the notes at checkout.
At the moment, our other products are not available for custom designs.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Returns & Support
Can l change, update or cancel my order?
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order.
Please make sure to verify your information is correct before placing your order orcontact us as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order.
Am l able to return or exchange my purchase?
We want you to love your purchase! lf you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy toaccept returns within 15 days of delivery.
